Program evaluation and data management for non-profits
Funders, boards and communities want evidence, not just activity counts. CDavis Enterprises helps public health and social impact non-profits plan evaluations, organize their data and show the impact of their work.

Sound familiar?
Our funder wants outcomes, and all we have are attendance numbers.
We have a grant deadline and no evaluation plan or logic model.
Our data is spread across spreadsheets, survey tools and inboxes.
We finished an evaluation, but the report is sitting on a shelf.
Our staff want to use data, but no one has the time or the training.
We know our program works. We just can’t show why.
You’re not alone. Organizations at every level struggle to build evaluation into how their programs run. That gap between program activity and evidence is exactly what we close.
Why it matters
Strong evaluation shows how well your program is moving toward its intended outcomes, why things are working or not, and what it means for the communities you serve.
Give funders, boards and partners clear evidence of what your program achieves.
Know what’s working, what isn’t, and where to adjust before it’s too late.
Build the systems and skills to keep learning long after the final report.
How we help
Every engagement is shaped around your program’s scope, timeline and needs.
Early in planning or preparing a grant? We clarify your goals, build or refine your logic model and identify the indicators that will show success.
We build a plan you can stand behind: the questions to answer, who’s involved, where the data comes from and how it will be collected, analyzed and used.
From surveys, interviews and focus groups through analysis and final reports with clear visuals, we take you through the whole process.
Performance indicators, dashboards, data systems and simple routines so your team can track progress over time.
Already have data? We turn it into reports and communication pieces your stakeholders will actually read.
Custom workshops, toolkits and templates that grow your staff’s evaluation know-how.
Need something specific or an advisor for a stretch of time? We’ll scope it with you on the call.
How it works
Tell us about your program, your funders and what you need to show.
We’ll identify the right service for your program and scope it to your timeline and goals.
We work alongside your team, from planning through results you can share with confidence.

Client testimonials
“I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Cassandra Davis from 2017-2018 to conduct the program evaluation for Atlanta GLOW’s one-to-one mentoring program for young women and girls. It was a very collaborative and positive experience whereas Cassandra consulted with our nonprofit’s leadership and volunteer staff to understand the full scope and breadth of our program offerings, even becoming a volunteer mentor herself! She helped us to recreate our logic model and conducted a series of surveys and interviews with our program participants. The final evaluation results were very informative and will go a long way to helping our program evolve and produce further impact in the communities we serve.”
“CDavis Enterprises provided a comprehensive evaluation and performance management strategy to help us highlight the impact of our program. The company helped us develop relevant performance indicators to accurately measure patient success as well as revamped our patient surveys to help us better collect data. The company also developed a database and process to store and track patient data and produced reports of program outcomes. It was a pleasure to work with CDavis Enterprises, LLC and we continue to utilize their products.”
